STATEMENT OF WORK 1/28/2025 <br /> <br />7. Client to manage employee registration and provide a complete list of attendees 1 <br />week prior to each training session. <br /> <br />8. Client to provide size of training room. It must be large enough to support the number <br />of attendees in a proper educational space with training equipment, A/V equipment, <br />tables, chairs, power, restrooms, and break areas. <br /> <br />9. Address of location and contact number to be provided by contractor to the DRC at <br />least two weeks prior to the initial start of training. <br /> <br />10. Are the following available on site? <br /> <br />A. Power for audio and video? If so, please provide the number of outlets? <br />B. Wi-Fi? And if so, is free public access allowed? What is possible speed and <br />bandwidth? <br />C. Do you have any equipment in the training room such as a Projection Screen/TV, <br />Projector, A/V connections, or Speakers? What are the sizes and capabilities of <br />each provided? <br />D. Restrooms and Break Areas - How many and how close to the training area? <br /> <br />11. Miscellaneous information about training location. Parking fees, required parking <br />location/s, access to building, loading zone & elevators, security or codes needed, etc. <br /> <br />12. All developed materials, content, and resources shall be the sole ownership and <br />property of the Dispute Resolution Center of Volunteers of America Western <br />Washington and will be granted educational permissible use to the City of Everett, <br />WA for internal use only for complete length of contract plus 60-days. Any future use <br />without a renewed contract in place will require written approval by the DRC.
