STATEMENT OF WORK 1/28/2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Explanation of Deliverables <br /> <br />Requirements Outlined from City of Everett, WA: <br /> <br />• In-person training up to 4 hours in length maximum <br />• Multiple course offerings to choose <br />• Each complete course should have a 4-hours maximum length. <br />• Max of 35 people in room for in-person training <br />• Provide courses as needed from CoE. <br />• Follow-up option dependent upon future needs. <br />• Each course is built without pre-required topic knowledge. <br />• Hybrid Option included for Zoom attendance during in-person courses. <br />• Max of 20 people on Zoom hybrid option with in-person courses <br />• Total of 55 people per Hybrid course (35 In-person + 20 Zoom) <br />• Future Continued Professional Development for advancing employees. <br /> <br /> <br />Training Topics and Content to be pulled from current DRC Trainings: <br /> <br />• Leading with Emotional Intelligence <br />• De-Escalation <br />• Creating Belonging in the Workplace <br />• Resolving Conflict in the Workplace <br />• Trust in the Workplace <br />• Communication Skills for Effective Leaders <br />• Professionalism In Customer Service <br />• Development Strategies for Understanding Trauma <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SOW to City of Everett, WA: <br /> <br />$2,500.00 per In-Person training.
