STATEMENT OF WORK 1/28/2025 D. Deliverables Deliverable Estimated Date Cost Each In-person Trainings: one individual, four-hour course training to allow for up to 35 attendees TBD $2500.00 Hybrid Training included with package: performed alongside the in- person training as one individual, four-hour course. Hybrid training to allow for up to 20 people in attendance online via Zoom. TBD Included in $2,500 fee Set-up for each in-person trainings sessions, data collection and certificate management for in-person 30 minutes prior to the start of training, 30 minutes post and up to 2 hours post training work. Included in the $2,500 fee. Nonrefundable Operational and Administrative Costs Due once training is confirmed, and date set. $150 due when date is set (Fee is included in the $2500 total and nonrefundable if training is canceled and unable to reschedule) Remaining complete payment per training to be received no later than 14 days after date of invoice. Each training price is $2500 per session for up to 35 in- person attendees and includes Hybrid option for 20 Zoom attendees. Cancellation of training must be made 2 weeks before the date of training and rescheduled within fourteen workdays. TBD
