t <br /> Section 2 : That the city issue and sell its negotiable fonds <br /> payable in twenty (20) yearl,.,,after their date of issue, and • <br /> bearing interest at not to exceed six (6%) per cent per annurm: , <br /> in the sum of "50,000600 for the purpose of raising funds <br /> to carry into effect the foregoing proposition, interest on said <br /> bonds to be payable semi-annually. Ail of said bonds shall be of the <br /> denomination of $'1,000.00 each and shall be payable at the fiscal <br /> agency of the State of Washington, in the City of New York. said <br /> bonds shall be payable out of a sinking fund as provided by law. <br /> Section 3 : That said proposition be submitted to the voters <br /> of Everett at the regular municipal election to be held on <br /> Novenber,4th 1919, in the various election precincts into which <br /> the city is divided, and the city clerk shall give notice of the <br /> submission of said proposition as required by law. <br /> Section 4 : The system or plan proposed and the proposition <br /> submitted shall be voted upon in the following manner, to-wit <br /> Every voter at such election desiring to vote in favor of <br /> said proposed issue of bonds for park purposes as described in <br /> section 2 of this ordinance and for the acquiring and improving <br /> lands for park purposes as set out in section one of this <br /> ordinance shall vote a ballot containing the following stltement <br /> of the proposition, by placing a cross (X) in the square printed on <br /> said bay._ot, opposite and at, the right of said statement, to-wit <br /> IN FAVOR, of the proposition for issuing park bonds of <br /> the city of Everett to an amount of t50,000,00 for the purpose of <br /> acquiring, by ~larchase or condemnation, land and beaches for <br /> park purposes, and for improving the several parks now owned or <br /> herein authorized to be acquired by said city. <br /> Every voter at such election desiring to vote against such <br /> proposed issuance of bonds menticn4d and described in section 2 <br /> r �n. <br />
