I am the planner <br /> reviewing your application to ensure all applicable Unified Development Code standards are <br /> being addressed, this is not a full plan check review and you may be receiving comments from <br /> other departments before your permit is approved. Please see below for the few items that <br /> need to be addressed before Planning can complete their review. I have also attached this <br /> information on the site plan and have included it in this email. <br /> 1. Please confirm how many care providers will be employed on the premises who will not <br /> be living on premise. <br /> 2. Un-permitted gravel parking area must be removed and/or permitted. No permit history <br /> could be found for the added gravel parking on-site. Any area within the front 20-foot <br /> setback area must be removed and returned to landscaping. Any remaining parking that <br /> you want to keep must be included in your permit application. <br /> 3. Note: The lower level kitchen was never permitted and the removal of the range means <br /> this area is not a"kitchen" as there are no means to prepare food.
