1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE PURCHASING INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Cooperative Purchasing Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the <br />date of the Mayor’s signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal <br />corporation (the “City”), and the person identified as the Agency in the table below (“Agency”). <br />In this Agreement, each of the parties to this Agreement is referred to as a “Party.” <br />Agency <br />City of Milton-Freewater <br />772 South Main <br />Milton-Freewater, Oregon 97862 <br />Chad.Morris@milton-freewater-or.gov <br />City Project <br />Manager <br />Theresa Bauccio-Teschlog <br />City of Everett -- Procurement <br /> <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 9E <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />tbauccio@everettwa.gov <br />In accordance all applicable laws, the City and the Agency hereby agree to this Agreement <br />for various supplies, materials, equipment and routine, expert and/or consultant services, using <br />competitively awarded contracts. The following terms and conditions apply: <br />1. Each Party, in contracting for the purchase of supplies, materials, equipment and <br />services, may extend contracts to the other Party for shared use to the extent permitted by law <br />and agreed upon by those parties and suppliers. <br />2. Each Party is responsible for its own compliance all applicable laws and regulations <br />regarding purchases. <br />3. If a Party desires to purchase from the other Party’s contract, any such purchases shall <br />be made by a purchase order from the purchasing Party and directed to the supplier(s). <br />4. The originating contracting Party does not accept responsibility or liability for the <br />performance of any supplier used by the purchasing Party as a result of this Agreement. A <br />purchasing Party uses contracts under this Agreement solely at its own risk.
