2 5. Each Party shall be responsible for the payment of any item(s) purchased through a contract or purchase order that resulted from this Agreement. 6. This Agreement shall remain in force until cancelled in writing by either Party by notices to the other Party at the address in the table above. 7. No separate legal or administrative entity is created by this Agreement. To the extent required by applicable law, each Party is responsible for financing and maintaining a budget for its activities under this Agreement. To the extent required by applicable law, each Party shall act as its own administrator for its activities under this Agreement. All property purchased by a Party to this Agreement shall be the property of that Party and such property shall be held and disposed of in accordance with applicable law. 8. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all other written or oral agreements thereto. No amendment to this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by authorized representatives of each Party. 9. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts with the same effect as if both Parties hereto had executed the same document.
