indoor environment and wellness: <br />This Community is a smoke-free environment. If the Community is <br />a smoke-free environment, then no smoking or vaping is allowed <br />anywhere in the Community, at any time. Smoking refers to any <br />use or possession of a cigar, cigarette, e-cigarette, hookah, vaporizer, <br />or pipe containing tobacco or a tobacco product while that tobacco <br />or tobacco product is burning, lighted, vaporized, or ignited, <br />regardless of whether the person using or possessing the product <br />is inhaling or exhaling the smoke from such product. The term <br />tobacco includes, but is not limited to any form, compound, or <br />synthesis of the plant of the genus Nicotiana or the species N. <br />tabacum which is cultivated for its leaves to be used in cigarettes, <br />cigars, e-cigarettes, hookahs, vaporizers, or pipes. Smoking also <br />refers to use or possession of burning, lighted, vaporized, or ignited <br />non-tobacco products if they are noxious, offensive, unsafe, <br />unhealthy, or irritating to other persons. Please refer to the No- <br />Smoking Addendum for further information. <br />14.7 SEVERABILITY <br />If any provision of this Addendum to the Lease Contract is invalid <br />or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be <br />ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability only <br />without invalidating or otherwise affecting the remainder of this <br />Addendum to the Lease Contract.
