City of Everett WPCF Chlorine Contact Channel Isolation Valve Replacement <br /> <br /> Scope of Services 8 <br />Fee <br />The consultant fee estimated for Tasks 100, 200, 300, 400, and 600 only, including <br />subconsultants and other direct costs (ODCs) is $96,806. A detailed breakdown of the fee <br />estimate is attached and labeled Exhibit B. <br />Expenses are based on the following Rates: <br />• Mileage: IRS rate (currently $0.70 per mile) <br />• Printing: <br />o B&W 8.5x11: $0.15 per page <br />o B&W 11x17: $0.30 per page <br />Schedule <br />The schedule lengths for Tasks 100, 200, 300, and 400 are as follows: <br />• Task 100: Project Management 10 months <br />• Task 200: Permitting Support 8 months <br />• Task 300: Design 8 months <br />o Task 301: Preliminary Design 2 months <br />o Task 301: 50 Percent Design 4 months (overlap with Task 301) <br />o Task 302: 90 Percent Design 3 months <br />o Task 303: Final Construction Bid Documents 1 month <br />• Task 400: Bid Assistance 2 months <br />
