Electronic copy (Adobe PDF format) of meeting notes for the 50 and 90 percent review <br />meetings for the combined project. <br />Task 400 – Bid Assistance <br />Objectives <br />This effort shall assist the City during the bidding process. <br />BHC Services <br />1. Up to two (2) BHC staff members will attend a pre-bid meeting for the combined project. <br />Budget for this meeting is split evenly between the two scopes of services. <br />2. Provide technical review and responses to bidder questions. <br />3. Assist the City in preparing addenda for the combined project. Budget for this work is <br />split evenly between the two scopes of services. <br />4. Assist the City with verifying bids for the combined project. Budget for this work is split <br />evenly between the two scopes of services. <br />City of Everett Responsibilities <br />1. Advertise the combined project in the DJC and local newspaper(s). <br />2. Submit bid documents and addenda for the combined project to Builder’s Exchange. <br />Assumptions and Meetings <br />1. There will be one (1) pre-bid meeting for the combined project. <br />2. BHC will not need to attend the bid opening. <br />3. BHC will respond to up to twelve (12) bidder questions for the combined project. <br />4. BHC will help prepare up to two (2) addenda for the combined project. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Responses to bidder questions, as required. <br />2. Draft addenda, as needed. <br />Task 500 – Engineering Services During Construction <br />To be included later as an amendment to the original agreement. <br />Task 600 – Management Reserve <br />Objective <br />This task has been included to cover additional work identified by the City not included in the <br />Scope of Services. An amount totaling 10% of the contract subtotal is assigned to this task.
