Task 3: Attach Project Specific Stormwater Site Plan Drawings (required) <br />0 See City of Everett standard drawings # 100-104 for stormwater site plan requirements and <br />examples, including Temporary Erosion & Sediment Control (TESC) plan drawing <br />example and drainage plan drawing example, available online <br />at:everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/7040 <br />0 Task 4: Attach Topographic Survey (if applicable) <br />A topographic survey prepared by a registered land surveyor, civil engineer or other <br />qualified professional is required if your project site includes steep slopes, critical areas, <br />flood or geologic hazards or at the discretion of the stormwater reviewer. <br />Task 5: Attach Declaration of Covenant <br />To ensure future maintenance and allow access for inspection, any development <br />qW project which constructs stormwater facilities must have a Declaration of Covenant. <br />Fill out and attach the Declaration of Covenant.
