Coordinate and provide compatible components with proper communication protocol for <br />interface with equipment being furnished. <br />1.5 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE DATA <br />A. Maintenance data for control systems equipment to include in the operation and <br />maintenance manual specified in Division 23 Section "Common Mechanical Materials <br />and Methods." Include the following: <br />1. Maintenance instructions and spare parts list (including unit cost) for each type of <br />control device. <br />2. Interconnection wiring diagrams with identified and numbered system <br />components and devices. <br />3. Step-by-step procedures indexed for each operator function. <br />4. Inspection period, cleaning methods, cleaning materials recommended, and <br />calibration tolerances. <br />5. Calibration records and list of set points. <br />B. Project Record Documents: <br />1. Accurately record actual location of control components, including panels, <br />controllers, thermostats, and sensors. <br />2. Shop drawings reflecting actual installation and operating sequences. <br />3. Include data specified in "Submittals" in final form. <br />4. System software flow chart reflecting operating sequences. <br />5. Documented results of Field Quality Control and Testing Plan. <br />6. Certificate stating that control systems have been tested and adjusted for proper <br />operation. <br />7. Software License Agreements <br />1.6 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Comply with the latest edition of the following codes, regulations and standards: <br />1. City, county, state and federal regulations and codes including amendments <br />2. National Fire Code NFPA 70 "National Electric Code." <br />3. National Fire Code NFPA 90A "Installation of Air -Conditioning and Ventilating <br />Systems." <br />4. Underwriters Laboratories UL 916 "Energy Management Equipment." <br />5. Underwriters Laboratories UL 864 "Smoke Control System Equipment." <br />6. National Fire Code NFPA 92A "Smoke Control Systems." <br />7. National Fire Code NFPA 92B "Smoke Management Systems." <br />8. ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 135 Compliance: Workstation shall use ASHRAE 135 <br />protocol and communicate using ISO 8802-3 (Ethernet) datalink/physical layer <br />protocol. <br />9. BACnet Testing Laboratories (BTL): Devices and products utilized in the BACnet <br />interface shall be BTL listed and label. <br />1.7 SERVICE AND GUARANTEE <br />A. After completion of the system, including software, submit a warranty in accordance with <br />Division 01. Provide all services, materials and equipment necessary for the successful <br />operation of the DDC hardware and controls during the warranty period. Preventive <br />maintenance shall be included. Software and data shall be revised and updated as <br />necessary during warranty period to maintain system performance. <br />B. During the warranty period provide a 24-hour emergency service number where a <br />qualified automation service technician familiar with the installed system may be reached. <br />INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS FOR HVAC 23 09 00 - 3 <br />
