All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett `Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 2. The temporary traffic barrier shall provide a continuous, cane-detectable top and bottom edge per MUTCD requirements to comply with accessibility requirements. 5. The temporary traffic barrier shall comply with MUTCD design and ballasting requirements. 6. The temporary traffic barrier shall be placed at least 6" back from the face of curb along Maple St. 7. The temporary traffic barrierr shall be placed to maintain a minimum 6'wide pedestrian walkway along the entire public sidewalk. 8. A symbolic R9-3a + R9-3b assembly (symbolic NO PEDESTRIAN sign + USE CROSSWALK sign with/arrow)shall be placed at the north end of the temporary traffic barrier to discourage mid-block crossing at this point. 9.
