Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:OOPM—7:OOAM weekdays, 6:OOPM—8:OOAM weekends unless <br /> a variance has been issued. Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an application at <br /> least 30 days prior to commencing work. The temporary traffic barrier shall provide a continuous, cane-detectable top and bottom edge per MUTCD requirements <br /> to comply with accessibility requirements. <br /> 5. The temporary traffic barrier shall comply with MUTCD design and ballasting requirements. <br /> 6. The temporary traffic barrier shall be placed at least 6" back from the face of curb along Maple St. <br /> 7. The temporary traffic barrierr shall be placed to maintain a minimum 6'wide pedestrian walkway along the entire public <br /> sidewalk. <br /> 8. A symbolic R9-3a + R9-3b assembly (symbolic NO PEDESTRIAN sign + USE CROSSWALK sign with/arrow)shall be <br /> placed at the north end of the temporary traffic barrier to discourage mid-block crossing at this point. <br /> 9. This permit valid 2/22/2022 through 12/31/2023.
