Users can: <br />• Easily view their system's status at a glance via the <br />advanced and colorful design of the app <br />• Turn the security system On or Off (either the entire <br />system or specific areas) <br />• Receive and filter event -driven push notifications <br />• View full event history for their system <br />• Add, edit, and delete users in their system <br />• Control outputs and doors <br />• View live video from Bosch IP cameras <br />• Access their panels from any device just by logging <br />into the app with a Bosch ID (panels are now linked <br />to an account and not a device) <br />Full functionality requires panel firmware 3.10 or <br />higher and integration with the new Installer Services <br />Portal. App users must have a valid email account and <br />must be invited to the app by their Bosch certified <br />dealer. <br />For those without access to the Installer Services <br />Portal, Remote Security Control will remain available. <br />Installer Services Portal (North America) <br />The Installer Services Portal offers secure and easy <br />access for managing Bosch cloud and cellular <br />communication services for remote programming and <br />alarm reporting. The Bosch Cloud Remote Connect <br />service eliminates the need to change local router <br />settings, firewall rules or to use Domain Name Service <br />(DNS).
