No site plan was provided with the application.A site plan is required for all residential construction <br /> permit applications in accordance with the residential construction submittal checklist. In particular for Adult <br /> Family Homes, Planning staff must verify via the site plan that adequate parking has been provided on site and <br /> setbacks for any exterior alterations (including ramps) have been met. Please refer to the checklist linked below <br /> and submit a site plan accordingly. <br /> • Parking. Parking for an adult family home is required in accordance with EMC 19.34.020.At minimum, 2 parking <br /> stalls must be provided on site, plus 1 for each staff person on shift not living on premises. Please clarify upon <br /> resubmitting how you have met these requirements. <br /> • Floor Plans.The floor plan should clearly identify the number of rooms and number of beds to be utilized for <br /> caretaking vs. rooms to be used as living quarters for the owner and/or staff persons. Please review and revise <br /> accordingly to clarify. <br /> For reference, the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan <br /> checklist. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans.The Unified Development Code is available online, here: https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
