Wiring in the garage near the subpanel showed a December 12, 2021 <br /> manufacture date—so that wiring was made AFTER your purchase of the home. <br /> Regardless of the proof of extensive alterations after your Purchase last year—an owner is always responsible to correct <br /> unpermitted alterations whether the current owner did the work or not. I encourage you to continue your effects to <br /> gain a building permit—to bring all 3 structures into compliance with the building code.
