These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br /> 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br /> residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br /> building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified.
