Crew will drive piles to a maximum 25'after there will be a$20 a foot charge per pile. Sales tax is subject to change at <br /> end of project. Crew will be drilling helical piles 1-2 along the East foundation wall of home. Homeowner will need to have <br /> landscaping removed in area's where helical piles will be installed. Crew will also be exposing and placing carbon fiber strapping <br /> along cracks in foundation. Crew will be drilling helical piles#3-11 along the North foundation wall of home. Landscaping will <br /> need to removed along areas where piles will be installed along the North wall as well. Crew will be installing the rest of helical <br /> piles 3-11 along the north wall of foundation, crew will lay plastic out to cover all excavated soils. Crew will also lay plywood down <br /> to walk dingo across grass. <br /> L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and that a <br /> maximum pile spacing of 7'-0"o.c.is achieved. Piles to be installed in accordance with SSK-01, SSK-02,&SSK-03. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. It is acceptable to install piles at the spacing shown with±0'-6"tolerance to allow for unexpected obstructions encountered during <br /> pile installation provided that no two adjacent spans exceed the spacing limitation of 6'-0"o.c. <br /> 2.
