Crew will drive piles to a maximum 25'after <br /> there will be a $20 a foot charge per pile. Sales tax is subject to change at end of project. Crew will pumping 728 pounds of <br /> polyurethane foam to lift and void fill slab, if crew needs more than estimated amount crew will then charge $7 a pound. piles#1- <br /> 4 will be installed along the West foundation wall of home to lift and stabilize home. Crew will be install helical piles#5-11 along <br /> the North foundation wall of home. Crew will have to remove and replace concrete in slab for piles#5-9. Crew will remove and <br /> replace existing posts supporting framing of home and place a 20" composite pad with an adjustable 4x4 bracket. Crew will <br /> install piles#12-20 along the East foundation wall of home crew will have to remove and replace existing posts supporting home. <br /> Crew will be removing and replacing necessary amount of decking. Crew will install pile#21 along the South foundation wall of <br /> home. Crew will be installing helical pile#22 along this 6x6 post in basement to help lift interior as crew lifts and stabilizes <br /> foundation. Crew will also be drilling 3/8's holes into the interior slab to lift and void slab with a polyurethane foam injection. <br /> L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and that a <br /> maximum pile spacing of 6'-0"o.c. is achieved. R&R to coordinate new additional pile and pile cap locations with Structural Remodel <br /> Plans provided by BTL Engineering (EOR)at indicated point load locations.
