• <br /> Friday, August 11, 2023 <br /> SCOPEOF WORK POUNDA7ON SPECIALIST <br /> I <br /> 9 <br /> R&R CREW PONSIBILITIES & DETAILS: <br /> -Crew will install 3" New Construction Helical Pile Caps at specified locations to stabilize new addition of home. <br /> -Crew will not be encapsulating 3" Helical Pile Caps with footers nor a stem wall. <br /> -Crew will need to bring handheld device to drive helical piles,as work space has limited accessibility. <br /> HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> - Have work area cleared of brush and or materials where piles will be installed. <br /> - Have necessary landscaping&plants removed in designated locations piles will be installed prior to crew's arrival. <br /> -Homeowner's Contractor will be encapsulating all helical piles with a new foundation or pour individual footers. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFO: <br /> -R&R will handle necessary permit and engineering coordination. <br /> -50%deposit,and final 50%upon completion of project. <br /> - Responsible party representative must be onsite during crew arrival, project completion and foundation lifting if applicable. <br /> -Scheduling times may vary beyond R&R control <br /> - Framing is subject to repair prior to lifting if rott or compromised framing is discovered. <br /> Material Clause: <br /> -Depth Clause: Piles are bid to 25 foot maximum depth.$20 per foot charge beyond that. <br /> -Homeowner will be notified if any unexpected items arise and no additional work will be completed without homeonwer <br /> approval <br />
