Please coordinate the proposed Energy Code upgrades with the details. Please show the exterior <br /> insulation as proposed on sheet A2. <br /> 2. Please show crawl space ventilation and calculations. Show vent locations on the plans/exterior <br /> elevations. See sections R408.1 & R408.2 <br /> 3. On sheet 12, detail A3, please show add notes clarifying wood decay resistance and hardware <br /> corrosion resistance. See R317.1 and R317.3. <br /> 4. On sheet A3, detail 14, please clarify the handrail provisions. A guard is shown, but it is not clear <br /> that this meets the requirements of R311.7.8. <br /> 5. Please clarify that the Water-Resistive Barrier is suitable as an Air Barrier. <br /> 6. On sheet Al2, please remove the dimensions on the sections that show 18" from underside of <br /> framing to bottom of footing. This conflicts with the details. <br /> 7. On sheet Al2, please revise or remove the partial/incomplete section on the left side of the page. <br /> This appears to conflict with the details. <br /> 8. Please submit mechanical drawings with the mechanical permit application that demonstrates <br /> compliance with Chapter 15. <br /> Structural Comments(Benjamin Monk, P.E.): <br /> 1.
