The Stair Section Detail specifies "(3) 2x12"stair joists. See Section R317.1.1. <br /> 11.The roof eaves extend 16 inches from the exterior wall face per the Typical Section on Sheet 2. <br /> The sheathing at the rake edges is required to be provided with structural support. A detail <br /> should be included in the drawings. See Section R803.2.3.Refer to structural notes <br /> 12.The second story wall construction at the north and south walls is anticipated to be <br /> discontinuous at the truss bottom chords and not continue to the roof sheathing. The drawings <br /> should include a detail bracing the top of the walls. The bracing should be designed for the <br /> minimum out-of-plane loading per Table R301.2. See Sections R301.1, R601.2, and <br /> R602.3.Refer to structural notes. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett.
