Corrections and <br /> comments made during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.The designers-of-record are responsible for a complete design in accordance with the laws of <br /> the state of Washington. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation, shall be submitted <br /> to Permit Services. Please upload the documents with the following naming convention: <br /> a. 1stReview_ResponseLetter_MM.DD.YYYY- Itemized letter responding to each item in this letter <br /> and how it was resolved. Please cite the sheet number and code sections as appropriate. <br /> b. 1stReview_BuildingPlans_MM.DD.YYYY-Complete set of revised construction drawings. <br /> Resubmittal Instructions: Please upload your revised documents through the Online Permitting Portal at <br /> https://onlinepermits.everettwa.gov,following the required standards and naming convention listed in <br /> the permit document upload standards& instructions (PDF). Once uploaded,you must send an email with <br /> your Transmittal Sheet (PDF)to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing through the <br /> system, as the online permitting portal does not notify staff when documents are uploaded. Failure to do so <br /> will delay your permit review. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application will be given <br /> priority and the review will recommence. <br /> General <br /> 1. The applicable codes used in this review include, and are not limited to,the 2021 International <br /> Existing Building Code (IEBC), International Building Code (IBC), Washington State Energy Code <br /> (WSEC), International Fire Code (IFC) and Washington Accessibility Code (ANSI 117.1-2017). <br /> 2. The scope of work includes demolition work that is not represented on the drawings. Please show <br /> all wall, doors, ceilings, security gates, etc. that are in the scope of the demolition. <br /> 3. The scope of work can be classified as an Alteration-Level 1 if no installations of fixtures, etc. is <br /> higher than 5'-9". Please confirm. See IEBC 602.1 and 603.1. <br /> 4.
