Additional comments <br /> may be issued separately by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire review disciplines. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,the following documentation shall be submitted <br /> to Permit Services for review: <br /> Resubmittal Instructions: Please upload your revised documents through the Online Permitting Portal at <br /> https://onIinepermits.everettwa.gov,following the required standards and naming convention listed in <br /> the permit document upload standards& instructions (PDF). Once uploaded, you must send an email with <br /> your Transmittal Sheet (PDF) to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing through the <br /> system, as the online permitting portal does not notify staff when documents are uploaded. Failure to do so <br /> will delay your permit review. <br /> Naming convention of the uploaded documents shall be as <br /> follows: XXReview_DocumentType_MM.DD.YYYY(i.e. 2ndReview_BuildingPlans_08.01.2023) <br /> a. xxReview_ResponseLetter_MM.DD.YYYY- Itemized letter addressing the comments provided <br /> below in this correction letter. <br /> b. xxReview_BuildingPlans_MM.DD.YYYY-Complete set of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for <br /> compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents,your application <br /> will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> General (Reviewer: Anita Chen) <br /> 1. The submitted drawings appear to include unpermitted work as described during the plumbing <br /> inspection for P2407-036: <br /> o Please provide an existing floor plan of the house prior to the work being performed. Please label <br /> the rooms, at minimum the kitchen and adjacent rooms. Please label and show the location of the <br /> original wall, original plumbing fixtures (sink) and the original range and hood. Please include the <br /> dimensions of the original kitchen and adjacent rooms. On the existing plan, please add a note that <br /> describes existing items that were removed including but not limited to drywall, the non-bearing <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
