♦ <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Norton Avenue <br /> from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the south line of Twenty- <br /> second Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to a proper <br /> grade, the construction of a concrete pavement , the installation <br /> of necessary drainage and the replacement of the 128 feet span <br /> at Twenty-second street by a trestle„\and doing all other Rork <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement in connection with the <br /> foregoing, all in accordance with resolution No. 2662 of the city <br /> of Everett, creatigg an assessment district, creating a Local <br /> Improvement District fund therfor, providing tb at said improve- <br /> ment be made by special assessment upon property in said district <br /> by the method of "payment by bonds" and dividing said district <br /> into a direct benefit district and into an indirect benefit district. <br /> Whereas, by resolution No 2662 of the city of Everett, the <br /> city council of Everett has declared its intention to order <br /> the improvement of Norton Avenue from the north line of Hewitt <br /> Avenue to the south line of Twenty-second Street at the bridge <br /> span at the intersection of Norton Avenue in accordance with plans <br /> and specifications prepared by the city engineer, and, <br /> whereas, after due hearing thereon no objections were made there <br /> -to, Now therefore, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN. <br /> section 1: That Norton Alnue from the north line of Hewitt <br /> Avenue to the south line of Twenty-second street and Twenty-second <br /> street to the intersection of Norton Avenue with the bridge span <br /> at Twenty-second Street be improved by the removal of old lumber, <br /> grading to a proper grade, the construction of a concrete payement, <br /> the installation of necessary drainage and the replacement of the <br />
