REQUIRED FORM: Submittal Checklist <br /> The following information shall be included with the SSP to be considered a complete application. <br /> Otherwise, the project may be denied for drainage review. Review of the following may generate <br /> City comments that must be addressed prior to permit approval. <br /> Stormwater Site Plan <br /> pq Include a copy of the appropriate Flow Chart for Determining Requirements for New or <br /> Redevelopment identifying the decision path for determining the requirements. <br /> 0 Complete the Project Totals form and Source Control BMP form. Attach these forms to the <br /> SSP. <br /> 0 Describe how the project meets all Minimum Requirements. Provide conveyance and <br /> backwater analyses, as required. Attach all supporting information: modeling, calculations, <br /> GULD letters, etc. <br /> 0 Include both an existing and a developed basin map. Indicate TDA boundaries. Identify <br /> project sub-basins. Label surface types and total areas in each project TDA and sub-basin. <br /> 0 Attach a copy of the signed geotechnical report. <br /> ❑ Attach a copy of related permit approval letters, if applicable (e.g., Ecology General <br /> Construction Stormwater Permit, JARPA, HPA).
