To <br /> complete our scope of services, we performed the following: <br /> • Subsurface exploration to characterize the soil and groundwater conditions. <br /> • Laboratory testing of representative soil samples collected on site. <br /> • Engineering analyses and recommendations for the proposed development. <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> The following documents and resources were reviewed as part of our report preparation: <br /> • Civil Site Plans, Feasibility Plans, prepared by Land Technologies, Inc., dated May 20, <br /> 2022. <br /> • Geologic Map of the Everett 7.5-minute Quadrangle, Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> compiled by J.P.
