Please respond to comments in <br />the table's response column provided. If you have any questions regarding the comments or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works reviewer, Thad Newport, at TNewport@everettwa.gov. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the <br />Public Works (civil) plans only. <br />Resubmittal: Please upload your revised documents through the Online Permitting Portal at https://onlinepermits.everettwa.gov, following the required <br />standards and naming convention listed in the permit document upload standards & instructions (PDF). Once uploaded, you must send an email with <br />your Transmittal Sheet (PDF) to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing through the system, as the online permitting portal does not <br />notify staff when documents are uploaded. Failure to do so will delay your permit review. <br />Naming convention of the uploaded documents shall be as follows: XXReview_DocumentType_MM.DD.YYYY (i.e. 3rdReview_CivilPlans_08.01.2023) <br />Required resubmittal items are as outlined below: <br />i. Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments. <br />
