12 <br />Operation <br />- <br />Provide an O&M Manual for the revised stormwater <br />An updated Industrial SWPPP will be provided once <br />and <br />system. You may share the industrial SWPPP instead and <br />a final connection plan is approved by the City. <br />Maintenance <br />provide supplemental information as needed to address <br />Manual <br />the following: <br />a. A cover page. <br />b. The party or parties responsible for maintenance and <br />operation of the stormwater system. <br />c. A description of and figure showing the stormwater <br />system. <br />d. Applicable source control measures. <br />e. The 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for <br />Western Washington, Appendix V-A, Tables: <br />• V-A.S: Maintenance Standards — Catch Basins <br />• V-A.17: Maintenance Standards — Coalescing <br />Plate Oil/Water Separators. <br />f. Any available O&M cut sheet and instructions from the <br />manufacturer for the OWS and oil stop valve. <br />g. Include instructions for more frequent maintenance of <br />the OWS and stormwater system in general to address <br />site needs or discuss an adaptive management <br />approach to address this. <br />h. Include O&M information for the oil stop valve. This <br />should contain information on how, and the frequency <br />at which, the oil stop valve will be monitored to <br />determine if it is closed. Indicate how the site will <br />prevent untreated stormwater (i.e., runoff bypassing <br />the OWS) from leaving the site when the oil stop valve <br />is closed during wet weather. Consider this for both <br />business hours and after hours. <br />i. Include a sample maintenance log. <br />13 <br />Industrial <br />- <br />Does the project involve a revision to the site's Industrial <br />This project does not trigger a revision to the <br />Stormwater <br />Stormwater Permit? If so, provide a copy of the Ecology <br />Industrial Stormwater Permit. <br />Permit <br />permit revision approval letter to the City. This will be a <br />condition of the issued Public Works Permit, if applicable. <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />
