Page 9 of 53 <br />3.5 INTERVIEWS <br />The City of Everett may request interviews with the highest-ranked Supplier(s). The purpose of the <br />interview will be to review the finalist(s) in specific areas further to determine which proposal provides <br />the best fit and value to the City of Everett. The finalist(s) must have key employees available for these <br />interviews. The City of Everett will notify the finalist(s) as to the time, date, and location for an interview <br />or conference call. <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit C
