The WillametteCRA Architectural Historian will visit and photodocument the Property. The WillametteCRA Architectural <br />Historian will also take measurements and collect GPS data points while on site. This documentation will be used to <br />prepare site plan and floor plan sketches of the Property and to complete proposed Task 4. <br />Task 4 – Historic Property Inventory Form <br />The WillametteCRA Architectural Historian will use the research results (Task 2) and fieldwork documentation (Task 3) to <br />prepare a Historic Property Inventory Form (HPIF) for the Property. The Property will be evaluated using the NRHP <br />criteria for evaluation (36 CFR 60.4). The HPIF will include a physical description of the Property, a statement of <br />significance, a recommendation of NRHP eligibility, and a bibliography of reference sources used. The completed HPIF <br />and photographs will be uploaded to the DAHP WISAARD platform for review and comment by DAHP pursuant to the <br />MOU between the City of Everett and DAHP executed on September 17, 2024. <br />Assumptions <br />•The ILS will be conducted following the DAHP requirements. <br />•Documentation prepared by WillametteCRA will adhere to the Washington State Standards for Cultural Resource <br />Reporting. <br />•Research and fieldwork for this ILS will be conducted by WillametteCRA Architectural Historians who meet or exceed <br />the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Architectural History and History. <br />•Supervision, quality assurance and quality control, and any additional research or documentation tasks related to <br />these surveys will be conducted by WillametteCRA Architectural Historians who meet or exceed the Secretary of the <br />Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Architectural History, Architecture, and Historic Architecture. <br />•The WillametteCRA Architectural Historian will make one trip to the Property in Everett to conduct the fieldwork. The <br />WillametteCRA Architectural Historian will need to access the exterior and interior the Property for measurement <br />and photodocumentation. The estimated direct costs for this trip are included in the attached level of effort <br />estimate. <br />Deliverables <br />•WillametteCRA will prepare one HPIF for the Property, which will be uploaded to the DAHP WISAARD digital <br />repository. <br />•WillametteCRA assumes one round of review of the draft HPIF by the City of Everett Parks and Facilities. <br />WillametteCRA assumes one round of corrections to address any comments from the City of Everett Parks and <br />Facilities prior to the deliverables being submitted to DAHP for review and comment. <br />•WillametteCRA assumes one round of review of the HPIF by DAHP. WillametteCRA assumes one round of corrections <br />to address any comments received from DAHP. <br />Cost Proposal <br />The projected labor and direct costs for Tasks 1 through 4 defined above are $7,996.00. This is a fixed fee inclusive of all <br />labor and direct costs not to exceed the projected cost referenced above without prior written authorization from the <br />City of Everett Parks and Facilities. <br />Schedule <br />WillametteCRA will coordinate the Project schedule with the City of Everett Parks and Facilities upon execution of the <br />Project contract agreement.
