When this occurs, the other will have the above <br />review round(s) to fact-check for accuracy prior to distribution. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />During the Term, Employer, after consultation with and the agreement of Vera and <br />Vera PC, may decide to add to the list of Services. Additional Services may be <br />subject to additional fees or modification of existing fees. <br />STAFFING <br />Staffing: Vera will provide the following minimum staffing levels within the <br />Everett Care Center: <br />o Doctor (MD): 0.5 FTE <br />o Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician’s Assistant <br />(PA): 2.0 FTE <br />o Medical Assistant or LPN: 2.0 FTE <br />o Health Coach: 1.0 FTE <br />o Licensed Clinical Social Worker: 1.0 FTE <br />The parties acknowledge that from time to time these staffing levels may vary due <br />to temporary staffing shortages. Vera will take measures as necessary to eliminate <br />staffing shortages and/or reduce their impact on Employer patients. The parties <br />further understand and acknowledge that coaching and Behavioral Health services <br />will be offered in accordance with the Vera mode and patient preference and on a <br />hybrid model.
