March 19, 2025 <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />Considerable discussion ensued regarding this amendment. <br /> <br />Jennifer Gregerson suggested moving forward with combining the Glenwood/Kenwood <br />amendment with the Mukilteo Boulevard Amendment as a first step in their process and consider <br />separate motions on the remaining two amendments. <br /> <br />Moved by Vice President Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to change the zoning <br />from MU4 and UR7 to be zoned to MU7 & UR7 and remove the UR4 zoning from Glenwood <br />Avenue to Sound Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Bader who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to change the zoning <br />for 2701 Hoyt Avenue from MU7-9 to MU15. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Bader who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Considerable discussion ensued regarding potential future amendments to the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 7:19 p.m. and reconvened at 7:58 p.m. and continued Everett 2044 <br />discussion. <br /> <br /> Budget Committee Meeting, continued. <br /> Presented by Heide Brilliante and Jaimelee Graves, Finance <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Heide Brilliante answering Council questions. Council would like the 6- <br />year financial forecast to be included with the preliminary budget with a description of <br />assumptions and implications, illustrate both structural balance versus legal balance, as well as <br />any staffing change recommendation rationale. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse left the meeting at 8:30 p.m. <br />
