[help] <br /> USFWS Wetland Inventory maps show the presence of a Freshwater Forested/Shrub Wetland to the west of the <br /> subject parcels west of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. This wetland, nor its buffer, impedes upon <br /> the subject parcels. <br /> 5j. List all waterbodies (other than wetlands) on or adjacent to the project location. [[- ] <br /> The subject property abuts the Snohomish River to the east. <br /> 5k. Is any part of the project area within a 100-year floodplain? [help] <br /> ® Yes ❑ No ❑ Don't know <br /> 51. Briefly describe the vegetation and habitat conditions on the property. [help] <br /> Uplands are dominated by Himalayan blackberry, scotch broom, nonnative and native grasses and a few <br /> cottonwoods along the shoreline. Further inland is a mixture of fallow fields and invasive scrub/shrub species <br /> and grasses.The subject property is located in an industrial/rural setting. The subject property is currently <br /> undeveloped and underlain by compacted urban soils and fill. <br /> 5m. Describe how the property is currently used. <br /> Currently the property is not used for any purpose and consists of fill, fallow fields and shrubs. <br /> 5n. Describe how the adjacent properties are currently used. [ne!n] <br /> The property to the north is occupied by industrial business use, the eastern property boundary is the <br /> Snohomish River, the property to the south is undeveloped and zoned industrial/commercial use. The western <br /> property boundary is bound by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Pacific Railroad, with industrial business uses <br /> further west. <br /> 5o. Describe the structures (above and below ground) on the property, including their purpose(s) and current <br /> condition. ft <br /> No permanent structures are present on the property. <br /> 5p. Provide driving directions from the closest highway to the project location, and attach a map. [help] <br /> To access the site from 1-5, travel north to the exit for East Marine Drive, travel for approximately 0.75 miles, <br /> then turn right onto Riverside Road, travel approximately 0.18 miles.
