This is your <br />permit coverage letter. Your permit coverage is effective June 1, 2022. <br />Retain this letter as an official record of permit coverage for your site. You may keep your <br />records in electronic format if you can easily access them from your construction site. You can <br />get the CSWGP, permit forms, and other information at Ecology's CSWGP eCoverage Packet <br />webpage1. Contact your Permit Administrator, listed below, if you want a copy of the CSWGP <br />mailed to you. Please read the permit and contact Ecology if you have any questions. <br />Electronic Discharge Monitoring Reports (WQWebDMR) <br />This permit requires you to submit monthly discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) for the full <br />duration of permit coverage (from the first full month of coverage to termination).
