If you have <br />questions, contact the portal staff at (360) 407-7097 (Olympia area), or (800) 633-6193/Option <br />3, or email WQWebPortal(@ecy.wa.gov. <br />Appeal Process <br />You have a right to appeal coverage under the general permit to the Pollution Control Hearing <br />Board (PCHB). Appeals must be filed within 30 days of the date of receipt of this letter. Any <br />appeal is limited to the general permit's applicability or non -applicability to a specific <br />discharger. The appeal process is governed by chapter 43.21B RCW and chapter 371-08 WAC. <br />"Date of receipt" is defined in RCW 43.21B.001(2). For more information regarding your right to <br />appeal, please reference Ecology's Focus Sheet: Appeal of General Permit Coverage3. <br />Annual Permit Fees <br />RCW 90.48.465 requires Ecology to recover the costs of managing the permit program. Permit <br />fees are invoiced annually until the permit is terminated. Termination conditions are described <br />in the permit.
