If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date, the fill shall be placed in <br /> accordance with Appendix J of the International Building Code. Should the applicant not wish <br /> to construct a fill intended to support a structure at a later date, the applicant will be required to <br /> submit a letter to the City so stating.
