PUBLIC WORKS <br /> El/ Err <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Teresa Weldon, Planning Department <br /> FROM: Engineering/Public Services Department <br /> DATE: Dec. 06, 2016 <br /> SUBJECT: SEPA Checklist Review No.SEPA16-033 <br /> PROPOSAL: Boeing Flight line Modification <br /> LOCATION: 3003 W.Casino Rd. <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following <br /> conditions should apply: <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br /> erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 3. Stormwater from this prject shall be managed in accordance with applicable City'of Everett <br /> Storm water Management Standards. <br /> 4. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 5. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 6. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per <br /> City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 8. If contaminated soil/concrete found it must be disposed at an approved site. <br /> 9. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of <br /> Washington land surveyor. <br /> 10. All work performed by the geotechnical engineer or testing lab shall be reported directly to the <br /> City Public Works Inspector before covering wor be continued by the contractor. Daily <br />
