a. What kind and amount of vegetation will be removed or altered? <br />Vegetation to be removed consists mostly of weedy grasses and forbs (such as clover, <br />lupine, plantain, black medic). Small seedlings of black cottonwood and alder and <br />invasive Himalayan blackberry and Scot's broom will also be removed. <br />c. List threatened and endangered species known to be on or near the site. <br />No threatened or endangered plant species are known on or near the site. <br />d. Proposed landscaping, use of native plants, or other measures to preserve or enhance <br />vegetation on the site, if any: <br />Landscaping as required by the City of Everett Zoning Code subject to <br />modification will be provided (see landscape plan). Additional native planting <br />below the aforementioned retaining wall, toward the shoreline, will be installed <br />and will provide habitat enhancement. <br />e.
