Stormwater management facilities are provided both to detain water to match river outfall discharge capacities and to clean runoff from paved surfaces. Utility lines will be installed to provide water, sanitary sewer, power, communications, and natural gas services. Roughly 1250 square feet of the property at the southeast corner of the site is in the floodplain, and consists of a portion of the retaining wall, paving, and landscaping. 6f.
