Training / Documentation (WBS 8) <br /> CJS Trainers will help provide guidance as to training strategy, provide training preparation, and <br /> deliver training to the City in use of the various applications provided. CJS will provide training to <br /> City staff for the following topic areas: <br /> • JWorks System Administration Training <br /> • JWorks End User Training <br /> • JWorks Reports Training <br /> The training program provided to the City will include CJS providing training to IT <br /> administrators, system administrators, staff users and attorney users prior to the JWorks <br /> system go-live. <br /> CJS proposes an End User training approach. We have assumed training will need to be <br /> provided for up to the following number of users: <br /> • 2 System Administrators/Technical Support Staff <br /> • 12 End Users(General User, Supervisor/Manager) <br /> Develop Training Documentation: <br /> CJS will provide existing JWorks User Documentation for use in training sessions. As no custom <br /> development work is in scope for this project, this documentation will not be updated or amended <br /> to incorporate specific changes for City. <br /> CJS will provide handouts specific to each class including sample exercise scenarios. CJS will work <br /> with City to configure the training environment prior to the start of training. <br /> CJS has included 1 service days to provide Training Documentation. <br /> JWorks System Administration Training: <br /> JWorks System administration training will prepare the City to provide day to day system <br /> administration of JWorks. This training will include the following content areas: <br /> • User System Administration (security, roles, etc.) <br /> • Workflow Setup/Administration <br /> • Technical System Administration <br /> • Systems Operations Activities <br /> CJS will provide up to 3 service days of JWorks Systems Administration Training for up to three <br /> (3) City System Administrators. Training facilities will be provided by City. <br /> Deliver JWorks End User Training: <br /> CJS provides a wide variety of classes in the use of all aspects of the JWorks application. Based <br /> on the project needs, CJS can also deliver custom variations to the classes listed below; however <br /> this has not been included in the estimates: <br /> • JWorks Introduction /Dashboard <br /> • Case Initiation <br /> • Calendar/Scheduling I / II <br /> • DCMI / II <br /> • Forms Generation I / II <br /> • Case Management(general) <br /> • Reporting I / li <br /> • Document Management <br /> • Victim/Witness <br /> CourtVIEW Page 118 <br /> JUSTICE SOL UTIONS <br />
