May 11, 2016 <br /> President Murphy asked for clarification on a proposed date for <br /> presentation of this item. Council Member Roberts stated he would like <br /> the resolution scheduled for action on June 1, 2016. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the May 9, 2016, <br /> Planning Commission public workshop on Metro Everett. He also provided <br /> a liaison report on recent action taken by Snohomish County Tomorrow <br /> regarding county-wide planning policies. <br /> Council Member Moore provided a recap of the Budget Subcommittee <br /> meeting held earlier this evening. He thanked Susy Haugen for her <br /> presentation. <br /> Council Member Franklin provided a liaison report on her attendance at <br /> the Community Streets Initiative meeting today. She also announced that <br /> an opioid film screening and discussion will be held at the Everett Public <br /> Library on May 22, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. <br /> President Murphy provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board meeting yesterday. He distributed a copy <br /> of the annual report for 2015. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no report. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Philip Estep, Everett, spoke about the challenges created for his business <br /> by the street people who frequent the area at 3816 Smith Street. <br /> 156 <br />
