5.1.2 Environmental Baseline <br />There is no bull trout habitat on the subject property, however there is habitat within the action <br />' area. The nearest bull trout habitat (Edgewater Creek) is approximately 0.015 miles (650 feet) <br />downstream of the site (WDFW 2014). Bull trout habitat also exists in Japanese Gulch Creek, <br />approximately 0.02 miles (925 feet) downstream of the site. Connectivity to these off -site habitats <br />will be intermittent, via a man-made stormwater conveyance system. <br />1 5.2 CHINOOK SALMON <br />The life history of Chinook salmon has been summarized in Appendix A. <br />5.2.1 Critical Habitat <br />Japanese Gulch Creek and Edgewater Creek are not mapped as critical habitat for Chinook <br />(NOAA Fisheries, 2005). The nearest critical habitat is the nearshore habitat of Possession <br />Sound, approximately a half mile downstream. <br />5.2.2 Environmental Baseline <br />' There is no Chinook habitat on the subject property, however there is habitat within the action <br />area. The nearest Chinook habitat (Edgewater Creek) is approximately 0.015 miles (650 feet) <br />' downstream of the site (WDFW 2014).
