eliminating the four small on -site wetlands, all work will occur outside of critical areas and <br />buffers. Please refer to the attached Site Plan. <br />F. Stagier area and equipment washouts: All equipment will stage and work from the proposed <br />developed area of the site. If necessary, an equipment washout will be provided in accordance <br />with Washington Department of Ecology's best management practices (BMPs). <br />G. Stockpiling areas: Some stockpiling may occur during mass grading of the site and for import <br />of crushed rock for road subsurfacing. All stockpiles will be managed with appropriate BMPs to <br />maintain water quality. <br />H. Running of equipment during construction: Operating equipment will be limited to the <br />equipment described above during normal daylight hours. All equipment will work from and <br />stage on the subject property, or on 36th Avenue West. <br />I. Soil stabilization needs/techniques: Standard TESL measures will be employed for this project <br />in accordance with Washington Department of Ecology's BMPs. <br />J. Clean-up and re -vegetation: The entire development portion of the site will be impervious <br />surfaces, but will include some areas of landscaping, as required by City of Everett. Any areas <br />outside of the development area that are inadvertently disturbed will be grass seeded and/or <br />planted with native trees and shrubs per a planting plan to be developed using City of Everett <br />guidelines. <br />K. Stormwater controls/management: A detailed stormwater plan is currently under <br />development for the site. It will meet the 2010 City of Everett Stormwater Management <br />Manual, which is based on the 2005 DOE Stormwater Manual. <br />L. Source location of any fill used: Fill will be sourced from on -site only for the development, <br />with the exception of clean crushed rock that will be imported to provide a subsurface for the <br />drive aisles and parking areas. <br />M. Location of any spoil disposal: No export of spoils is proposed. <br />5.0 STATUS OF THE SPECIES AND CRITICAL HABITAT <br />5.1 BULL TROUT <br />The life history of bull trout has been summarized in Appendix A. <br />5.1.1 Critical Habitat <br />Japanese Gulch Creek and Edgewater Creek are not mapped as critical habitat for bull trout <br />(NOAA Fisheries, 2005).
