I understand buildings A (86,950 so and B <br />(92,700 so would be traditional warehouse facilities. Building C, 265,100 sf, would be a <br />High Cube distribution facility. The site is located on the north end of 36th Ave. W. about 1/2 <br />mile north of Seaway Blvd. on Snohomish County Parcel #28040300200100. <br />This Traffic Letter documents the traffic generation of the development.
