In this report, the property will be referred to as "the site", "subject site", "subject property", <br />or "the property". <br />ESNW understands Veritas Construction, Inc. (Client) will use the information contained in this <br />report to better understand environmental conditions associated with the past and current use <br />of the site. ESNW performed this ESA in accordance with our August 5, 2015 Phase I ESA <br />Proposal (PES-4011.01) and in general accordance with the scope and limitations of the <br />American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessments: Environmental Site Assessment Process E 1527-13, <br />Earth Solutions NW, LLC <br />
