Veritas Construction, Inc. <br />August 14, 2015 <br />3.1.1 Subject Site <br />The subject site is not listed on the state or federal regulatory databases. <br />3.1.2 Off -Site Facilities <br />ES-4011.01 <br />Page 8 <br />The EDR report did identify one property on the state regulatory database, CSCSL list. <br />However, given the distance between the listed site and the subject site and the inferred <br />hydraulic groundwater gradient, the listed site does not represent an environmental concern to <br />the subject property. <br />Facilities listed on EDR's Orphan Summary of unplottable facilities were not located within the <br />corresponding ASTM search distances from the subject property. <br />3.2 ADDITIONAL AGENCY ENVIRONMENTAL RECORDS <br />Local regulatory agencies were contacted and interviewed for reasonably ascertainable and <br />practically reviewable documentation regarding recognized environmental conditions present at <br />the site and surrounding properties.
