Veritas Construction, Inc. <br />August 14, 2015 <br />ES-4011.01 <br />Page 17 <br />6.0 INTERVIEWS <br />As part of the site assessment process, ESNW interviewed the current site owner <br />representative, Mr. Randy Previs of LBG 38, LLC, and several local government <br />representatives to obtain information about the current and former use of the site, as well as <br />any potential environmental issues associated with the site. Copies of the Completed <br />' Environmental Questionnaires are included in Appendix H. <br />Interviews with local government representatives were discussed in detail in Section 3.2 on this <br />report. <br />6.1 SITE OWNER REPRESENTATIVE <br />Information regarding the subject site obtained from interviewing, Mr. Randy Previs is <br />summarized below: <br />• Mr. Previs stated that he has been associated with the property for approximately 11 <br />years. <br />• According to Mr. Previs the property is undeveloped. <br />• To the best of Mr. Previs's knowledge, there are currently no underground storage tanks <br />or groundwater wells located at the site. Additionally, there are no environmental related <br />liens associated with the property. <br />• Mr. Previs stated that to his knowledge, there have not been any known instances <br />regarding hazardous materials spills, soil and/or groundwater contamination issues, or <br />other environmental problems associated with the subject site. <br />6.2 LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS <br />Various local agencies were contacted regarding site information, as discussed in Section 3.2. <br />According to the Everett Fire Marshal's Office, there are no available records concerning the <br />possible presence of underground fuel storage tanks or hazardous materials storage/use at the <br />site. Representatives at the City of Everett Planning and Development Services, Snohomish <br />County Recorder's Office, and Snohomish County Assessor's Office stated that there are no <br />environmental issues, liens, or deed restrictions associated with the site. <br />Earth Solutions NW, LLC <br />
