Veritas Construction, Inc.
August 14, 2015
8.0 NON -SCOPE SERVICES
8.1 RECOMMENDATIONS
ES-4011.01
Page 20
This assessment has not revealed evidence of a recognized environmental condition (as
defined by ASTM practice E-1527-13) in connection with the subject property. In summary,
reconnaissance of the subject property and adjacent properties, a review of regulatory lists and
files, review of the subject property history, and interviews with knowledgeable persons did not
reveal environmental contamination on the subject property.
Based on the results of this investigation, ESNW makes the following recommendations:
1. If any undocumented USTs or groundwater wells are encountered on the property
during site development and construction activities, they should be decommissioned in
accordance with Federal and local requirements. Additionally, if any buried hazardous
materials or visually impacted soils are encountered during development, they should be
removed and disposed of properly.
2. If any undocumented septic tanks are encountered on the property during development
activities, they should be pumped out by a septic tank service contractor and removed
from the site.
Earth Solutions INK LLC
