Poysnick of ESNW, a professional experienced with environmental site <br />assessments and a State of Washington Licensed Geologist -in -Training, conducted this Phase <br />I Environmental Site Assessment. Ms. Poysnick has 8 years of experience in the <br />environmental industry, with significant portions of that time conducting and reviewing Phase I <br />and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. <br />Mr. Ted W. Sykes of ESNW, a professional experienced with environmental site assessments <br />and a State of California Registered Environmental Assessor, reviewed this Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment Report. Mr. Sykes has 20 years of experience in the <br />environmental industry, with significant portions of that time conducting and reviewing Phase I <br />and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. <br />Ms. Poysnick and Mr. Sykes of ESNW declare that, to the best of our professional knowledge <br />and belief, we meet the definition of Environmental professional as defined in Section 312.10 of <br />40 CFR 312. We have the specific qualifications based on education, training, and experience <br />to assess a property of the nature, history, and setting of the subject property.
